Respected and Very Stable Commercial Real Estate Developer Seeking SR Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. In-office position but offers adjusted hours for commuting. This paralegal/coordinator will manage the transaction process from purchase of the land, through clearing of the title, through construction loan transaction and sale and/or lease of commercial property. While experience with commercial real estate transactions is required, there are a lot of managing deadlines, checklists, and other coordinator related duties as well. Must understand how to assist attorneys with clearing title issues, and supporting attorneys with the flow of the process as well as legal document editing.
