Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant for downtown Charleston law firm opportunity!

The receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is responsible for providing a positive and professional image for the company by efficiently managing front-desk activities, handling incoming phone calls, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; take messages when necessary.
  • Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for staff and executives.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide general information about the company and its services.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with office administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and faxing.
  • Monitor office supplies and order replacements when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor.
