Respected Regional Firm Seeks Experienced International Tax Attorney in Houston. Must have 4 or more years of experience planning inbound and outbound cross-border transactions. LLM and/or CPA Preferred but not required. Must be licensed to practice in US and be willing to take the TX Bar within a year of joining the firm. The resources and clients of “Big Law” but the work/life balance (VERY REASONABLE BILLABLE HOUR REQUIREMENTS) of smaller firm. Growth and partnership track shorter than would be found at “Big Law” firms. Excellent compensation package, and relocation in lump sum form.
