Fitzgerald & Glasshof, LLC is seeking an experienced Defense Litigation Paralegal to join their highly respected client’s team! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Position will handle personal injury defense.
Responsibilities:
· Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and motions
· Assist with trial prep (exhibits, binders, witness lists)
· Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines
· Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
· Billing time
Qualifications:
· 5+ years defense litigation paralegal experience
· Strong knowledge of state & federal court procedures/e-filing
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office & case management software
What We Offer:
· 16 days PTO upon hire
· 90 days then health care eligible- we pay 50% of EE’s premium
· HSA- we contribute $50 per pay period if employee contributes $50 – $1300 year total from firm
· 401k – day 1 eligibility, 4% dollar for dollar
· Parking provided
· Not a remote position, but very occasional remote days possible.
